Palisades is a boutique village consisting of 10 high-end, modern, contemporary-style homes. Each of these properties will be built to the highest of standards, including double skin walls, double glazing, etc… and by default have 6 bedrooms + a maid’s room too. However, please note, these properties can be customized according to your own needs.

LOCATION
The location is on the east side of Pattaya City, not far from the end of Khao Talo. The immediate area has all you need for day-to-day life with plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores, bars, restaurants, etc… It takes around 15 minutes to get into central Pattaya and just over 5 minutes to get to Maabprachan Lake.

INTERIOR
The standard design of The Palisade Villas have 6 bedrooms, however you can have less or more according to your own personal needs. The price includes built in kitchens, wardrobes in every bedroom and fully fitted bathrooms, however soft furnishings are not included. Another great feature in these properties are the double high ceilings in the main living areas, giving a real sense of spaciousness.

EXTERIOR
These are 2 storey properties with a modern, contemporary feel to them. These properties have 10m x 4m pools by standard, sunken seating areas, a decent size garden as well as covered parking for 2 cars. Again, a lot of this is customisable.

INVESTMENT
These homes should be able to rent for at least 180,000 baht per month on a long term contract. The common fee is charged at 32THB per square wah, which covers 24-hour security and village maintenance.
