Palisades is a boutique village consisting of 10 high-end, modern, contemporary style homes. Each of these properties will be built to the highest of standards, including double skin walls, double glazing, etc… and by default have 6 bedrooms + a maid’s room too. However, please note, these properties can be customized according to your own needs.

LOCATION
The location is on the east side of Pattaya City, not far from the end of Khao Talo. The immediate area has all you need for day to day life with plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores, bars, restaurants, etc… It takes around 15 minutes to get into central Pattaya and just over 5 minutes to get to Maabprachan Lake.
