TW Palm Resort is a collection of 51 houses and around a further 15 commercial townhouse style properties located just off Thepprasit and around 1km from the beach.  It was built between 2007 and 2012.

LOCATION

The location is super convenient for getting around town.  Sukhumvit is roughly 1.5km east of the entrance to the village and the beach is 1km in the opposite direction.  You have convenience stores and many restaurants within walking distance.  Thappraya road is just 400 meters away and offers a wealth of shopping and dining options.  Public transport also passes by the entrance to this village.

Houses in this village typically have relatively small gardens due to the land being so expensive, especially now.  There is a nice communal pool in this village and also 24hr security.
