The Luciano Pattaya is a massive new high rise with a total of 66 storeys located directly on Thepprasit road in north Jomtien/South Pattaya area.

There are many different condo types to choose from at the Luciano that vary from 28sqm studio units up to 80.5sqm 2 beds.  There are also a few big Penthouses up for grabs with more than 500sqm of living space.

The Luciano is expected to start construction in 2020 and complete in 2023.  

Luciano for those that don’t know is an Italian word that means to illuminate, shine light, etc….and also has great meaning in Thailand as well as China, meaning great luck!

The concept for Luciano stems from a young Chinese businessman/entrepreneur, Mr Wang Peng, who also has a Thai family here in Pattaya.  He originally amassed his fortune from the cosmetic industry in China.

Mr Wang Peng gathered all he has learned in the business world and decided to bring it to Pattaya with his own diverse style and new ideas, thus creating The Luciano.

The location of the Luciano was carefully considered with Thepprasit road having lots of advantages and offering a convenient base.  Another reason Pattaya was chosen by the developers of Luciano is due to its ever-rising popularity with tourists making it one of the most visited tourist destinations in the world. 

The massive government infrastructure projects will also allow Pattaya to expand even further in the coming years, with big plans for the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), U-Tapao airport and the new high-speed railway link that is estimated to complete the Bangkok – Pattaya journey in around 40 minutes.
