Phoenix Lakeside Pool Villas are a series of large and well appointed lakeside properties just a stone throw away from Phoenix Golf Course.  

The project is not inside the actual golf course, but is just 100 meters away from its southern entrance. 

The houses here are custom designed and built off plan according to the buyers tastes and preferences, therefore each property here is quite unique.  There are currently only 7 properties surrounding the lake at the time of writing (Oct 2018), but there is room to make many more, at least another 14.  The project was originally started in 2009.
