LOCATION
The location is in the middle of Naklua Beach right next to one of Pattaya’s most revered and popular seafood restaurants. You can get into central Pattaya from here in around 10 minutes and Sukhumvit can be reached in less than 5 minutes.

INTERIOR
This is an 130 square meter unit on the 2nd floor Building D that has a great pool view from the balconey. It has 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and a large living room. The unit comes fully furnished as you can see in the pics above.

EXTERIOR
Ananya Naklua’s feature point is most definitely the 220 meter long communal pool that stretches along its entire beachfront. This is the longest pool we know of in Pattaya and you can walk to the beach by way of 3 bridges that arch over the swimming pool.
