The Siam Oriental Dream location of in Pratumnak soi 5 and is only a few minutes’ walk from the market. Pratumnak Beach is also within walking distance as are many great restaurants, bars and shops.

The beginning of construction have to start in the first quarter 2024 as planned (But it had begun 6 months early already), the ending of construction is planned in 2 quarter 2026.

✅️ Every apartment of the project will be done with fitted forniture, equipped with kitchen European standard and air conditioners. All bathrooms will be tiled from floor to ceiling and equipped with a place for a washing machine.
