The location of the Royal Cliff Garden Condominium is actually within walking distance of Walking Street. The location doesn't really get much better than this as you are so close to town, yet in a very quiet and secluded part of it. You also have a private beach area at the front of the development and the neighbours are 2 of Pattaya's best 5 star hotels.

EXTERIOR

The Royal Cliff Condominium was built in 1991 and is still looking excellent thanks to superb management and great owners that care about their investments. The design and construction of each of the 4 buildings is of a very high standard and the buildings are kept looking fresh with recent repainting and refurbishment. The common area is quite spectacular at The Royal Cliff thanks to the plentiful facilities and vast gardens. The main talking points aside from the private beach are the 2 large communal pools, 2 tennis courts and clubhouse, which is also home to squash courts and a restaurant.
