The location of the Royal Cliff Garden Condominium is actually within walking distance of Walking Street. The location doesn't really get much better than this as you are so close to town, yet in a very quiet and secluded part of it. You also have a private beach area at the front of the development and the neighbours are 2 of Pattaya's best 5 star hotels.

INTERIOR

This is a 189 square meter unit on the 20th floor of building D and has sea view This is a 2 bedroom condo and it comes fully furnished as you can see in the pics above.

EXTERIOR

The Royal Cliff thanks to the plentiful facilities and vast gardens. The main talking points aside from the private beach are the 2 large communal pools, 2 tennis courts and clubhouse, which is also home to squash courts and a restaurant.
