LOCATION
The location is just off soi Wat Boon right in the middle of Jomtien beach. The distance to the beach is just under 1km and also the distance to Sukhumvit road is just 1.3km. The immediate area has mini-marts, a fresh market, bars, restaurants and all you need for day to day life...all within walking distance.

INTERIOR
There are 3 houses in this resort complex, each with 2 bedrooms on the upper level and each with large open plan living spaces on the ground floor - including modern, state of the art kitchens! Each of the houses is fitted to the highest of standards with much of the furnishings and fittings imported from Europe. There is also a small maids quarters to the rear of the resort, tucked out of the way, for staff.

EXTERIOR
This resort is situated on 201TW (804sqm) of land and features 3 x 2 storey houses, all built to the highest of standards and with a modern, contemporary feel to them. There is ample parking at the front of the resort and also a nice, big pool shared between the 3 houses with plenty of terrace space surrounding it.

INVESTMENT
This resort has been designed for family groups or friend groups to rent the entire resort together. The nightly rates range from around 30,000 baht to 50,000 baht per night depending on the season. Of course, these could be rented out long term as well.
