LOCATION
This property is located on a quiet soi, just 750 meters from Jomtien Beach.  The location is very central and towards the north end of Jomtien Beach so you have everything you need for day to day life within a short walk, or a one minute drive.

INTERIOR
There are 5 identical small villas in this resort.  They’re all pretty much identical to one another and are split level villas with a very unique and interesting design.  The upper part of the villas is the main living part and the bedrooms are found on the lower levels.  Each of the villas also have large balconies that double up as a kitchen, dining area too.  

EXTERIOR
The gardens to this resort are seriously impressive!  It has a tropical jungle feel to it and provide each of the villas with high level of privacy.  There is of course a really nice pool in the center of the resort, which has plenty of terrace space surrounding it for sun lounging, etc…

INVESTMENT
These bungalows typically rent from 2,000 baht per night.  They’ve been extremely popular in the past as there’s nothing else quite like them in Pattaya!
