Sunrise Villa Resort is a small development consisting of 4 villas and 8 townhouses. The villas were built first around 2012 - 2013 and then the townhouses were built and finished in 2014. There is an electric security gate at the front of the development for which everyone has a electric fob/keycard.

The location is just a few hundred meters south of Phoenix Golf Course and even offers its own special access to the course. Sukhumvit Road is around 3km away from here and getting into Pattaya City normally takes no more than 20 mins.
