Laguna Heights Condominium is a low rise, beachside condominium located in the Wongamat area.  It consists of 8 floors in total with a great rooftop swimming pool.  There is also a fitness room and a nice lobby with management staff present during the day.  

Laguna Heights was finished in 2010 and is a modern style condominium, but with quite large rooms by modern standards with some rooms being almost 200sqm!  There are only 66 units at Laguna Heights and there is plenty of car parking spaces in the underground car park.  Wongamat beach is also just a 100 meter walk from its doorstep.
