LOCATION
The location of Water Park Condominium is just off soi 6 on Pratumnak Hill. The distance to the beach is only 800 meters and between the condo and the beach is a great array of restaurants, shops and convenience stores. Getting around town from Pratumnak is very easy and places like Jomtien and south Pattaya can be reached in just a few minutes by bike or car.

INTERIOR
This is an 26 square meter unit on the 7th floor that has a great Pool view from the balconey. It has Studio ,1 bathroom . The unit comes fully furnished as you can see in the pics above.

EXTERIOR
Water Park Condominium is a low rise 8 storey building. Its main features are the 2 swimming pools, one of which offers panoramic ocean views from the rooftop, and the other is a great big long 25 meter pool on the ground floor surrounded by lots of sun loungers and terrace space. On the rooftop there is even a kids playground and a yoga room.
