View Point Village is a quite large housing development with approximately 106 houses located right in the heart of Jomtien.  Building started in 2003 to 2006.

LOCATION

View Point Village is located just off soi Chayapruek but also connects to Sukhumvit road as well.  Jomtien beach is only 800 meters away and some of Pattaya's largest supermarkets are just a few minutes drive away.

INTERIOR

Houses vary a lot in View Point Village, but the standard seems to be 3 or 4 bedroom properties with 200 - 300sqm of living space.

EXTERIOR

Most houses in View Point Village have private pools, but there is also a communal pool.

INVESTMENT

Due to being the west side of Sukhumvit, close to Pattaya city and Jomtien beach, houses at View Point Village tend to rent very well, both on long and short term contracts.
