The Panora is a new project due to commence construction in the later half of 2019 and finish towards the end of 2021.  

LOCATION

The Panora is located just 250 meters from the beach on soi 5, Pratumnak.  It only takes a few minutes to drive into central parts of Pattaya and Jomtien from here.  In the immediate surrounding area you have a wealth of dining options, shops and bars.

INTERIOR

The Panora offers a variety of condo sizes for purchase ranging from 30sqm studio's to 78sqm 2 beds.  There are also a few differently configured 1 beds that range from 32sqm to 37sqm.  All the rooms at Panora come furnished to a high standard.  This room is a studio type and prices start from just under 3M baht.  There aren't that many studios' in the project and the highest is on the 14 floor. 

EXTERIOR

The Panora will be a 38 storey building and is due to finish construction at the end of 2021.  It has 2 communal pools, on the 4th and 29th floors, as well as a kids pool and a large and beautifully laid out garden.

INVESTMENT
