The Meadows is a housing estate located just past the end of soi Nernplabwan on the east side of Pattaya.  It is a well managed, built and secure village.

LOCATION

The Meadows is located just round the corner from the end of soi Nernplabwan.  It is near the  Maabprachan area and it only takes around 15 minutes to get onto Sukhumvit from this village.

The Meadows offers a few different types of properties, including 2 storey houses and townhouses with some properties having private pools and others sharing the communal pool.

There are just under 50 properties in total at the Meadows making it a medium sized housing development and it was constructed between 2005 and 2009.
