Suksabai Villas is a densely packed in housing village located in South Pattaya.  It was built in the late '90s and there are many types of houses there.  The village is more of an address than a proper village.  There are no communal features at all, so no security, communal pool or gardens, however, the location of Suksabai Villas is its main selling point.

Many of the houses at Suksabai Villas have their own private pool and they rent very well on the short term market as well as the long term market due to the convenient location.
