These houses are built off-plan and the configuration can be done according to your own personal preferences.  The show house design, which you can see in the pictures, is the standard design that will be used for all houses, however, the interior can be modified to suit your own needs and taste.  

The location of the developers land plots are in East Pattaya, close to Chaknok Lake and there are actually a few different locations available.  

The price of 13.85M baht is a starting price for a 4 bedroom house and this includes pretty much everything you see in the pictures with the exception of movable furniture.  The build time is approximately 10 months and the payment is staged according to build progress.

The build quality is exceptional on these houses and they include double skinned walls, the best materials throughout, including imported Panasonic electrical wiring throughout the house.  

Viewing of the showhouse is highly recommended and can be done via appointment in advance only.
