Jomtien Yacht Club was built just before the millennium and features approximately 60 houses in total.  Jomtien Yacht Club was built on a man made canal system, or marina in some people's eyes.  90% of the houses at Jomtien Yacht Club are waterfront houses and have at least some private docking space suitable for small to quite large yachts.

Jomtien Yacht Club does have security and there is also a clubhouse.
