Grange Park Villas is a housing development located on the east side of Pattaya.  It consists of approximately 28 houses (there are still some vacant land plots here at the time of writing – Sept 2020).  Grange Park Villas started construction in 2005 and half of the village was built by the end of 2006.  

Grange Park Villas have many different house types in the project and most of the properties are quite large with land plots starting from around 2 ngan (800sqm) upwards.  

Grange Park Villas is located just opposite one of Pattaya’s best international schools, Tara Pattana.  Right next door is a casual fine dining restaurant, Vespresso, which is a nice neighbour to have.  It takes around 10 minutes to drive into central parts of Pattaya from Grange Park Villas.
