LOCATION

The location of Grand Condotel is right on Dongtan beach, at the northern end of Jomtien and within walking distance of Pratumnak. The entrance to Grand Condotel Jomtien is exactly opposite Thepprasit road which connects onto Sukhumvit road, and is also on Thappraya road, which takes you straight into central parts of Pattaya or if you head south, straight down to Jomtien beach.

INTERIOR

This is a 132 square meter unit on the 16th floor that has sea view from the balcony. This is a 2 bedroom condo and it comes fully furnished as you can see in the pics above.
