Garden Ville 1, 2 & 3 are a series of housing projects of well priced and good quality houses located in the Huay Yai area of East Pattaya.  

Garden Ville projects are all located in the same vicinity of Huay Yai, near the big temple.  This part of Huay Yai has seen a lot of development in recent years and is now quite a busy area with plenty of convenience stores, shops, markets and restaurants.  The new motorway bisects Huay Yai approximately 3km east of the main temple and offers quick and easy access to the surrounding industrial estates & Bangkok - an important consideration, particularly for investors.
