Chateau Dale is a luxury development located at the north end of Jomtien just before Thappraya road goes into south Pattaya.

LOCATION

The location of Chateau Dale is great and highly convenient for getting around town.  There is public transport available from the Thappraya road entrance and there is also a westernised supermarket just a hundred meters away as well.  

INTERIORS

The houses at Chateau Dale range from 2 beds to 5 beds, so there is a large variation of layouts and sizes available.

EXTERIORS

Again there are many house types available at Chateau Dale, but all of them have 2 storeys and typically not on large land plots due to the expensive cost of it in this area.

INVESTMENT

Chateau Dale is a desirable project with good security and a great location.  Prices have stagnated a bit between 2014 and 2018, but they are soon expected to be on the rise again.
