The location is on a quiet soi on the east side of Pattaya that doesn't suffer from the congestion that other soi's do. The distance from Sukhumvit road is less than 1km so you can easily get into central Pattaya in less than 10 minutes from here. You also have lots of convenience stores and fresh markets much closer to home as well.
