This condo is located in Park Beach Condominium on Wongamat beach.  Park Beach is at the north end of Wongamat and from here you can reach central Pattaya in just 5 minutes.  In the immediate area you also have a great array of fine dining options, bars, shops and convenience stores.  

PROPERTY INTERIOR

This is a very large studio by today’s standards with a generous 55sqm of living space.  It is in fact 50% bigger than most modern day 1 bedroom condos!  The views from the 27^th floor elevation are fantastic and you can see the golden sands of Wongamat, The Sanctuary of truth and all the way up the eastern seaboard.  

PROPERTY EXTERIOR

Pattaya Hill Resort Condominium has a large common area with a big swimming pool that provides great sea views as well.  There is a gourmet restaurant on the top floor of this building and some commercial units as well on the ground level providing various services.

PROPERTY INVESTMENT ANALYSIS

Park Beach is an older condominium project that was finished in 1997.  It consists of 36 storeys, with colonial architecture and is rich with great facilities, with maybe the focal point being the 50 meter long communal pool at the front of the development.  We also liked the small bar that serves a few food specials everyday on the ground floor, which is a little melting pot of expats.
