Cetus Condominium is a high rise, beachfront condominium project found more towards the south end of Jomtien beach.  There are a total of 49 floors in the main building and a smaller 4 storey building at the front of the project.  Cetus was finished in 2015 and altogether there are 310 units in the entire project.

Cetus is definitely a modern, high-end project with a 4/5 star feel to it.  There are a wealth of facilities at Cetus including steam room, sauna, 2 communal pools a garden and 2 lobbies.  The security is also excellent at Cetus and there is plenty of parking.
