LOCATION
Central Park 5 is located in East Pattaya, a very nice and quiet area for living surrounded by lots of villages and convenience stores. The house is not very far from many international schools as well.

INTERIOR
The living and dining room have a spacious feel to them and are separate from the kitchen.  There are 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which has a private balcony, on the upper level.  The lower level also has a small bedroom and bathroom which has been designed more for a maid.

EXTERIOR
There is a nice and quite big private pool also a very large communal swimming pool in the village common area.  The communal swimming pool also has a terrace area, beautiful garden and a kids playground.  The village is very safe and secure with 24 hour security.
