Baan Suan Suwattana is a medium/large sized housing estate located just off soi Nernplabwan on the east side of Pattaya City.  The project was built around just after the millennium and features a wide spectrum of properties.  There are some quite big properties in the village on quite large land plots, while there are also some small townhouses and apartments there too. 

Baan Suan Suwattana has 24hr security and some communal features as well, such as a pool and a tennis court…..however they haven’t been well maintained by the juristic body.
