Baan Suan Neramit 1 & 2 are essentially the same village, but built in different phases.  The first phase was started in 2004 and finished by 2006, while the 2nd phase was started in 2006 and stopped in 2009 even though it wasn't finished.  The developer then sold the remaining plots to another developer who had a more luxurious concept in mind and created a sub village called The Ville which completed the project between 2014 and 2016.  

The second phase of Baan Suan Neramit consists of almost 100 houses, while the first phase had slight less with approximately 80 properties.  

Prices vary a lot at these village with some properties fetching well over 10M baht, but there are also some budget properties available as well.  

The location is just off chayapruek 2 and also the railway road so very convenient for getting around town.
