Baan Anda is a very desirable residential village located on the east side of Pattaya, not too far from the end of soi Khao Talo.  It consists of single storey houses, all with high perimeter walls which gives every property here a very private feel - Great for those that like to swim naked, etc...... 

Nearly all the houses at Baan Anda have their own private pool, however there is also a club house with a really large communal pool if you need to get some serious laps in.  There is also a club house, which is home to the juristic body and a well equipped fitness room.

Baan Anda consists of 39 properties that were mainly built between 2004 and 2007, however some properties at the rear of Baan Anda were built much later.
