PROPERTY INVESTMENT ANALYSISFrom a property investment perspective this development is quite exciting. Therefore (at the time of writing) there is a lot of availability and the prices are amongst the cheapest of any beachfront condo project found in the Pattaya area. Of course this has no bearing orent you can charge, therefore for a 71sqm, 1 or 2 bedroom at only 4.8M THB, you could easily ask for 45,000 THB per month, meaning a return of 540,000 THB per annum; after costs this would equate to close to a 10% every year without taking into account capital gain.
