Angket Condominium is a high rise project that was built in the mid 90's in central Jomtien. LOCATION

Angket Condominium was completed in 1994, however despite its age the building has been managed well by its owners and there is a wonderful lobby at the entrance.  The main communal area consists of a large communal pool as well as a kids pool.

As an investment this condo will rent for around 12,000 - 14,000 baht per month if well fitted and furnished, which means that the new owner can expect a high return of investment.
